fucked up gig..was stopped halfway..its wasn't even halfway..none of the ska/Oi bands played yet.. it's a gd thing I got my tickets refunded but still..lotsa time wasted for NOTHING! Shud've gone to the MARINA one instead..

slacked at ct hall after that..*urgh*..no fun..no peace..no freedom..trouble everywhere..*bleugh*..

went home..hai~..shan't elaborate..FUCKED UP!!

CONCLUSION- it was the most FUCKED UP SATURDAY EVER..bad~bad saturday..

" skinhead is not a trend...its a way of life"

sounds familiar?? some of you who think that i got this from GET REAL...yup..in a way you're right BUT not entirely right..
ive heard and seen this phrase COUNTLESS of times!! it seems to be a popular answer/phrase among skinheads young and old alike..

BUT the way it came out of those boys mouths...i just HAD to write something about it..its now becoming more like a MODEL ANSWER for an EXAM paper for skinheads especially those young ones to MEMORISE AND JUST SPIT OUT when asked about skiheads and their involvement in it without even understanding its real meaning..

personally..to me..its serves as a reminder that SKINHEAD is not just about how u look..what you wear..where u hang out and who you hang out with..ITS more that just cropping ur hair...donning on DM BOOTS..fred perrys braces and wat have you..yeah..i dun deny the fact that i loooovee the skinhead outlook...in fact its part of why im in the culture in the first place..and occasionally i do get lost along the way..too caught up in looking like a skinhead rather than being one...so this phrase helps me get back on track and remember the roots...

so..to my dearest mates out there...time for self reflection..go ask urself..WHY ARE U A SKINHEAD?? WAT SETS YOU APART FROM THOSE OTHER FASHION VICTIM?? WAT IS SO SKINHEAD ABOUT YOU??..yup..go figure...it helps!!

if i offended anyone with wat i say here..im sorry..just sharing my opinion and helping those lost souls out there...BUT don't get me wrong..im not perfect..im no pro...and i too need occasional guidance..so yup..i welcome criticism..opinions..and occasional knock on the head to keep me on track to be a better skinhead!

i just loooove those yapping,crapping turned thrashing session..especially those unplanned ones..where the small grp of u just met and ended up lepakking at some nice,calm place..enjoying the breeze and the ciggies...(and this time it happened to be at BB carpark wif chek sal,noid and azam) ...to me...its something like a regular dosage of vitamins to keep u going...we need those sessions to let it all out..cool urself down..share problems,opinions...~aaah..its rejuvenating...a load off ur chest! like feeling young all over again...a good way to start the week i wud say..(",)

yesterday was v-day and a saturday..was out with ajul..DUN GET ME WRONG!! we weren't out celebrating vday..mind you!! *urgh* yucks!! I DO NOT CELEBRATE VALENTINES DAY!!! [fullstop]. was just lepakking around at city hall..(haha..where else wud i be??)..lepakked awhile by the riverside with the bootboys/girls..and after dat it was just the 2 of us...yakking..crapping..walking..smoking and drinking away...and unfortunately i juz had too much dat i puked...muahahhahahaha...it was funny!! i puked in the MRT!! wat a nuisance! luckily it was the last train and luckily it was just a little of those watery stuff...no other particles..juz plain water...muahahahhaha...and i puked again once i reached admiralty MRT station...ahackz...i was laffing my head off the next morning..ish!!! memalukan sak!!...hahahahha...but it was one memorable day for ajul..he had fun laffing at me..*grrr*...anyway..thanks a lot Ajul...

being somebody when society thinks ure a nobody and sticking to and standing up for wat u believe in when everybody else thinks its crap...

seems like recently..there've been a growing trend in the media industry...one after another..they're featuring stories..interviews.."documentaries" about SKINHEADS IN SINGAPORE...first it was the papers..then..it was a documentary in suria.."DETIK" and just yesterday we're being featured yet again in channel newsasia.."GET REAL"...

hmm...just wat exactly are they after?? are they really interested to know about us and our way of life?? or as usual...are they acting as though they're trying to understand us but in actual fact..they're trying to put us down??..maybe im a little over sensitive about this issue dat im being suspicious and paranoid..but it seems to me..they're more interested in the troubles we get ourselves into..other than anything else!! when mentioned about our working class spirit,sense of pride and music..all u did was go "oh" and nod..no further questions..(though im sure..u dun really know wats dat all about and dun bother to know)..BUT at the sound of crime..violence..racism..troubles..prison...u ppl probed in further and asked for details...now now...doesnt dat show something??

and wats dat about us going somewhere else after being featured in "GET REAL"...about us leaving city hall??
GET THIS CLEAR!!....we aint got nothing to fear...we aint got nothing to hide...we will never change our way...and we will never call it a day...as long as there is oi! we're here to stay

Just got back from Zura's Sis's Open house....her mom's a great cook!!! the lauk lemak and sambal sotong...woo hoo~tak segan silu aku tambah 2 kali..heheh...anyway..been busy this whole week..assignments,quizzes and projects..*bleugh*..how am i gonna get tru this semester????tmr...going BB to study with Yani...yeah yeah..dun be surprised..got Prac Test on Monday..dats y...and gotta rush back to Wdlnds to meet Wan Shah...hmm...he havent confirmed the time yet..hopefully its gonna be later so it won't be so rushing...
